LeGer by Lena Gercke is a Berlin-based fashion brand that empowers women through fashion and strives to create an inspiring and supportive community. With the spin-off of LeGer, a separate GmbH based in Berlin was created. This team is currently seeking a Wholesale Key Account Manager (m/f/d).
For our LeGer Wholesale in Berlin, the focus is on trusting, long-term partnerships with the largest and most exciting B2B clients across Europe. Some of the most exciting concept stores and e-commerce players are already on board, and the number is constantly growing.
As a Key Account Manager (m/f), you will acquire potential B2B partners across Europe, manage existing business relationships, and be responsible for your own partner portfolio (online and in-store). With your experience in acquisition and lead generation, you can actively contribute your potential to sales. You also have a thorough understanding of what operational excellence in wholesale looks like and can implement it.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition and support of national and international key accounts
- Development of long-term strategic partnerships
- Development and implementation of strategic business plans
- Active new customer acquisition to expand the brand and customer visits at the POS
- Creation, monitoring and implementation of sales and contribution margin targets, regular forecast planning
- Review of sales forecasts and market development prospects
- Independent conduct of terms and volume negotiations as well as contract management
- Presentation of our collection in our Berlin showroom as well as at customers and trade fairs
- Implementation of product training and brand building measures
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales through existing and new wholesale channels (wholesale customers).
- Daily operations management in the wholesale sector, including order processing, warehouse management and customer service.
- You implement a best-in-class wholesale operation
- Close collaboration with the marketing and product development team to coordinate sales activities and collections
- Analysis of market trends and competitive activities to identify growth potential
- Preparation of comprehensive reports on sales performance, growth opportunities and challenges as well as regular reporting to management
Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration, fashion and textile management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in key account management, ideally in the women's fashion sector
- Strong understanding of the fashion market and current trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High customer orientation and strong service mentality
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent German and English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
- You love the start-up atmosphere and want to leave your own footprint
- Independent working style, “hands-on” mentality and ability to work in a team.

Buyer (m/f/d) LeGer

In contrast, LeGer Studio stands for minimalist designs that are timeless and high-quality. While LeGer embraces trends and interprets them for everyday wear, LeGer Studio focuses on long-lasting essentials with a premium feel. Both brands complement each other perfectly, offering women fashion that accompanies them in every moment of their lives.
Our team in Berlin is responsible for the entire product development process, from initial inspiration to launch. We are currently seeking a Buyer to join this team.
As a Buyer (m/f/d) at LeGer, you will support the entire collection development process through to launch. You will maintain existing relationships with our suppliers and build new ones. You will negotiate prices and have a good sense of the product-customer fit of our styles.
Responsibilities
- Independent control and responsibility of the entire purchasing process – from product range selection to the final order
- Close collaboration with design and product development to ensure a market-driven, trend-oriented product range
- Establishment and further development of sustainable supplier relationships – including active identification of new production partners
- Independent negotiations on prices, delivery times and production conditions with the aim of margin optimization
- Continuous analysis of sales figures and derivation of concrete measures for product range optimization
- Responsibility for item creation, master data maintenance and timely product availability
- Identification of growth opportunities based on market trends and customer feedback for the continuous development of the brand
Requirements
- Completed studies in economics, fashion/textile management or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of solid experience in fashion purchasing, ideally in the area of private label
- Proven success in independent supplier management and price negotiation processes
- Strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking for data-based product range management
- Confident use of MS Excel and affinity for digital tools and ERP systems
- High degree of initiative, assertiveness and structured work – even under time pressure
- Enthusiasm for fashion, trends and a keen sense for our target group
