To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a committed and reliable Wholesale Coordinator (m/f/d) who will support us in our day-to-day business and make a significant contribution to the further development of our B2B business. You will play a key role in the administration and coordination of our wholesale business and support our Co-CEO. You will work closely with our marketing, product and logistics teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient processes.
Main tasks:
Customer support and management:
- Support of existing customer relationships and support of wholesale customers (retailers, boutiques, department stores)
- Responding to customer enquiries and ensuring a high standard of service
- Support in acquiring new customers
- Structure of training materials
Order processing:
- Accepting and processing customer orders.
- Monitoring the entire ordering process – from order entry to picking and delivery
- Ensuring on-time delivery to customers
Product presentation and sales:
- Support in the preparation and implementation of sales and order appointments
- Preparation of presentation materials and catalogues for customers
Market analysis and trends:
- Monitoring fashion trends and market changes to provide customers with targeted advice
- Support with strategic orientation and product range planning
Coordination between internal departments:
- Close cooperation with the marketing, design, production and logistics departments to ensure that products are available on time and in the required quality
- Communication to coordinate sales results and market demands
Trade fairs and events:
- Support in the organization of trade fairs, showrooms and customer events
- Participate in the presentation of collections and the development of customer contacts
Administrative tasks:
- Creation of sales reports, maintenance of customer data and management of order documents
- Maintenance and updating of inventory and sales systems
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in fashion, business, marketing or a related field and completed commercial training
- First professional experience in wholesale, sales or a similar environment desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to anticipate market needs.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and customer appointments
- You love the start-up environment and a “hands-on” mentality

Responsibilities
Product range design:
- Independent management of LeGer’s commercial product line, taking into account all relevant KPIs and customer feedback
- Continuous optimization of the commercial product line based on competition and market analyses
- Close collaboration with design, product development, marketing and sales teams to ensure a coherent product offering
- Continuous analysis of sales figures and derivation of recommendations for future purchases
Daily operations:
- Communication with suppliers in Europe and Asia
- Maintenance of all data in our inventory management system
- Control and monitoring of delivery quantities, prices and delivery times; ensuring collection timelines
- Review and approval of samples and materials in collaboration with the design and production team
Order processing:
- Purchasing planning in coordination with the Head of Buying
- Independent negotiations with suppliers and securing the best conditions
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Managing the order process from order to delivery
- Monitoring delivery dates and inventory levels
Requirements
- Education/Studies: Completed commercial training or a degree in fashion, textile management or a related field
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in purchasing or private label buying is a basic requirement
- Knowledge: Good understanding of fashion and trends, textile science, supplier management and negotiation skills, very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, Business English is necessary
- Skills: Analytical thinking, strong communication and negotiation skills, organizational talent, reliability in periods of high stress
- Personality: Hands-on mentality, ability to work in a team and a high affinity for fashion, flexibility and structure characterize you, you want to take on responsibility and love the startup culture

- Support on the customs topics across the supply chain
- Improve and automate operational processes
Your core skills
- Student of business administration, supply chain management, operations or a similar degree program
- Stress-resistant, proactive mentality, independent and willing to take responsibility and make decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated by rapidly changing tasks and willing to shape LeGer with your own ideas
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
