LeGer by Lena Gercke is a Berlin based fashion brand with the aim of empowering women through fashion and creating an inspiring and supportive community. Timeless designs and modern trend pieces make the brand what it is. Founder and CEO of the brand Lena Gercke founded the personal brand in 2017 with the idea of creating fashion that should give you the opportunity to express yourself freely and feel confident and comfortable.
We offer a large selection and variety of products. Our product catalog ranges from jackets and coats, tops, trousers to accessories, swimwear and much more.
The care instructions depend on the product selected. You will find the individual care instructions for the selected product in the corresponding product description.
Order
You have the option to choose one of the following payment options:
Paypal, Klarna, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Google Pay, Apple Pay or gift voucher.
You have the opportunity to purchase our gift vouchers. Your individual voucher code will be generated automatically when you purchase and sent to you as an email.
Once you have selected your desired products and added them to your shopping cart, you can use your gift voucher as a payment method. Any difference will not be paid out, but you can easily use the gift card again on your next purchase.
As soon as we have received your payment, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. We will send you another email as soon as your order has been shipped. There is a link in this email that you can use to track your delivery at any time until it arrives at your home. We will also conveniently send you your invoice to the email address you have on file with us. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received a message from us, please contact our customer service at support@legerbylenagercke.com.
If you have not received an order or shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder first. Please also make sure that your inbox is not full, otherwise you will not be able to receive emails. If you accidentally entered an incorrect email address or the order confirmation cannot be found despite entering it correctly, please contact our customer service at support@legerbylenagercke.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot change individual items from an order that has already been placed.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service. You can reach our customer service by email at support@legerbylenagercke.com. The prerequisite for canceling items is that your order has not yet been processed by us. However, if the order has already been processed, it will be sent to the specified delivery address. In this case, you can make use of your 30-day return policy and send us individual items or the entire order free of charge. You will not incur any further costs.
No, you do not need to create a customer account to place an order. You can also complete the ordering process as a guest. However, when checking out, make sure your details are correct.

However, please note that we try to prepare your package for shipping as quickly as possible. Once you have received an order confirmation email, your order is being processed and is unlikely to be changed.

Delivery
As standard, we offer delivery within 3-5 working days for all customers in Germany and Austria. In exceptional cases the delivery time of products may increase.
The shipping costs within Germany are €4.90 and to Austria €5.90. For orders worth €149.90 or more, delivery is free of charge.
We currently deliver to Germany and Austria.
We ship our goods in Germany and Austria with our shipping partner DHL.
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from us. This email contains a link with which you can track your delivery at any time until it arrives at your home.
Within Germany, delivery to a Hermes parcel shop or a DHL Packstation is possible. Delivery to a packing station or parcel shop is not possible within Austria.
Returns & Exchanges
Of course, we really hope that you like our products. However, we understand if you do not fit or like the items and will give you the option to return within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure to send the goods back to us in the condition in which you received them.
At LeGer by Lena Gercke you have 30 days after receiving the goods to return items to us. You can find further information about LeGer's right of withdrawal under the cancellation policy.
You can easily request your return slip using the "Return order" button in your shipping confirmation that you received via email. You will then receive your return label to print out or as a QR code and can simply drop off your package at the nearest DHL branch.

Unfortunately an exchange is not possible. However, you have the option to return items and order new ones.
Yes, after receiving your return you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your goods.
We will process your refund within 14 days. The credit will be issued to the original payment method. Unfortunately it is not possible to issue refunds to another payment method. If you have returned multiple returns or products in one package, credit for those returns may occur at different times.
Please note that depending on the payment method you choose, it may take a certain amount of time for the payment to appear in your account.

If it should happen that an item is faulty, you can of course complain about it and send it back to us. In this case, please contact customer support at sopport@legerbylenagercke.com to report the defect and then simply send your product back to us.

If you have returned all or individual items from your order, your LeGer by Lena Gercke gift voucher will be recharged. The voucher code will not change.
